Dr. Melloy’s vision is making healthcare more affordable, accessible, and transparent. His passion for helping people started as an EMT & paramedic. His undergraduate studies focused on biology, chemistry, mathematics, and emergency medical services. Lucky for us, his master’s degree was in human genetics! He continued his education to become a medical doctor, and has been practicing in NWA for many years. Dr. Melloy’s hobbies include mountain biking, working on cars/ motorcycles, and playing his saxophone.

Cofounder

Lana is passionate about all things beauty. She finds joy in helping others feel beautiful and confident in their skin. She was an aesthetican for 3 years and has spent 13 years in cosmetology. Today she co-owns Melloy Medical Group and runs the daily practice. Lana’s favorite part is guiding patients towards the right treatment plan for their goals and needs and seeing their results over time. Lana loves to cook and bake and says that is where her creativity thrives. She also enjoys peaceful nature hikes with her dogs and meditating in her backyard haven.

Nurse Injector

Robyn is an aesthetic injector with 4 years of full-time injecting experience. Her medical background is in plastic surgery and dermatology. She is also a certified holistic health coach. Her passion for health, beauty, and wellness are what drives her to provide the best care for her patients that desire a youthful mind, body, and soul. Her holistic approach to aesthetics is about bringing balance & restoration to the face. Everyone is unique and receives a custom treatment plan to rejuvenate the face while looking natural over time. Her specialty and favorite treatment is any biostimulatory product that causes your body to produce collagen and tighten the skin: PRF Gel, PDO threads, Sculptra, and HD Radiesse. When she is not in the treatment room, she is spending time with her family & 4 year old son, traveling on adventures, doing pilates, and researching holistic nutrition and wellness.

Staci has been a Medical Aesthetician for 15 years. Her goal with each client is to provide personalized experiences with a results driven approach, diving into all aspects of skincare and using combination treatments to achieve optimal results. She is extremely dedicated to all of her clients, ensuring they feel educated, loved and confident knowing they will receive the best care and achieve the best skin of their life!

Rebecca is a dedicated medical esthetician with 23 years of experience and a true passion for skincare. She is known for being down-to-earth, real, and approachable, and believes in creating genuine, personal connections with clients—who often become friends. With a focus on helping others look and feel their best, Rebecca provides not just treatments, but an uplifting and therapeutic experience.

Aesthetician

Maddie is a passionate Aesthetician and Laser Technician, dedicated to helping her clients achieve their skin goals while promoting self-love and confidence. When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find her enjoying quality time with her son Carter, going on long walks, or going to a pilates class to stay active. She loves diving into health and wellness research during her free time, seeking new ways to enhance both her clients experiences and her own lifestyle.

Front Desk & Aesthetician

Kyleigh is an Aesthetician of five years with a passion for aiding others in their journey for joy, self love, & self confidence. She's known for her warm, happy personality and takes care to ensure that everyone she meets feels welcomed & appreciated. Outside of the spa, she enjoys an active lifestyle with her two children, enjoying hiking the local trails or spending time at the lake.

Office Manager

I am Jannette Murillo, Office Manager at Melloy Medical Group, with 12 years of experience in the medical field. As a dedicated and versatile professional, I provide support across various areas of our practice to ensure seamless operations.

My primary focus is delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services. One of the treatments I'm particularly enthusiastic about is the Hydrafacial, which I've found to be highly effective in maintaining healthy, hydrated, and radiant skin.

Outside of my role at Melloy Medical Group, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and exploring creative pursuits, including crafting for my small business.

Billing Manager

JJ manages our patient medical accounts. She has over 20 years experiencei n the medical field performing various account receivable, functions and patient care. For the last 12 years, JJ has focused on credentialing, claim procedures, collection techniques and patient billing resolution. She is well-versed in accurately coding different types of bills for clear record keeping and tracking.

In her free time, JJ enjoys cooking, tending to her garden, kayaking, time with friends and family, and having cozy nights at home with a movie.
